Mr. C. A. Benadikar
Mr. C. A. Benadikar is in charge of design, marketing and overall management. Leading from the front, his "Customer First" approach has enabled Syscon Engineers to record impressive growth over the years. Mr. C. A. Benadikar is M.Tech (Mechanical Engineer) from IIT Bombay (1978). He has worked in the industry for 12 years before venturing into own business, Design of simple batch reactors to complicated tank yard management system is handled by him with same dedication.
Mr. Gautam Ghosh Mr. Gautam Ghosh is in charge of factory operations and looks after Production, Quality Control and Material Management. He is mechanical engineer from Kolkata University (1982) and has rich experience in fabrication, project management and site erection. Productive planning nd timely deliveries are taken by him with missionary zeal.
